IAXOV Inc. is seeking two student participants from an Alberta College or University to take part in a professional promotional video showcasing TalentED-YYC's implementation of the STRATEVITA career development platform. This is a paid opportunity that offers valuable experience in career development systems while helping to promote an innovative career development tool designed for students like you.

About the Project

The video will demonstrate the STRATEVITA platform's AI-interview process and reporting features in a casual, authentic setting. Participants will be filmed completing a real skills-assessment voice interview on the platform and reviewing their results. The footage will be used in promotional materials for Calgary Economic Development (TalentED-YYC) and IAXOV Inc.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled student at college or university in Alberta
• Age 18 or older
• Available for 1-2 hours of filming in Olds, Alberta
• Comfortable discussing your educational journey and career aspirations
• Comfortable on camera and willing to be featured in promotional materials
• Natural, authentic presence
• No prior experience with STRATEVITA or TalentED-YYC programs
• No acting experience required - we want genuine reactions!

We're specifically seeking:

• Two student participants
• Diverse backgrounds and fields of study encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

• Participate in a full video production shoot in a residential setting
• Complete a real interview on the STRATEVITA platform
• Share your genuine reactions and thoughts about the experience
• Review your interview results and reports on camera
• Potentially participate in a simulated office/advisor meeting scene

What You'll Receive

• Compensation for your time ($200 for 1-2 hours of filming, 4 hours total commitment)
• Professional hair and makeup services during the shoot
• Refreshments provided during filming days
• Transportation to and from the filming location, in Olds, Alberta, if needed
• A copy of your STRATEVITA assessment results and career insights

Time Commitment

• One orientation session, can be virtual (approximately 1/2 hour)
• 1 hour for hair and makeup
• 1-2 hours for the filming session
• Expect a total of 3-4 hours on the filming day
• Potential half-day for any necessary follow-up shots

Location

Filming will take place at a residential location in Olds, with potential additional scenes at an office or school setting. Exact locations will be provided to selected participants.
