Project Overview

Managing innovation at scale presents complex challenges, especially when supporting a diverse population of stakeholders. At IAXOV, we're developing cutting-edge solutions that automate information gathering, progress tracking, sharing, and reporting across various groups within innovation ecosystems.

We're seeking passionate apprentices to help us utilize IAXOV's speech and sight-integrated AI platform to enhance inclusivity and accessibility in entrepreneurship support programs. This project offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI technology, innovation management, and inclusive design.

Your contributions will help create a platform that empowers diverse stakeholders to participate fully in innovation ecosystems, regardless of background, ability, or technical expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Stakeholder Analysis: Identify and analyze the needs of diverse stakeholders within innovation ecosystems, including entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, program managers, and community partners.
  • UX/UI Design: Create user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex processes and promote inclusivity for users of different backgrounds and abilities.
  • Product Management: Define product features and functionalities that address pain points in innovation management, with a focus on automation and accessibility.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop a plan to promote the platform to target governments and NGOs, emphasizing its unique value propositions for supporting diverse innovation communities.
  • Prototype Development: Create designs and prototypes using tools like Figma (or Adobe equivalents) to visualize and test your solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation of research findings, design decisions, and strategic recommendations.

What You'll Bring

  • Current enrollment in a program related to Software Development, Digital Design, UX/UI Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Interest in innovation management, entrepreneurship support, or ecosystem development
  • Basic understanding of user research methodologies
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to inclusive design and accessibility
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex requirements into user-friendly solutions

Project Deliverables

  • Designs and Prototypes: UX/UI designs created using Figma (or Adobe equivalents)
  • Documentation: Project documentation, research findings, and strategy plans
  • Data Sheets: Stakeholder analysis and requirements tracking
  • HTML/Javascript: Frontend pre-production code integrating our technology
  • Marketing Materials: Positioning, messaging, and outreach strategies for government and NGO sectors
