Lance has architected, deployed, and sold speech-based AI platforms and applications to over a dozen ministries across Canada, the federal government, and enterprises in both Canada and the US, elderly across demographics, the general public in service access, and key stakeholders in enterprise decision-making. His expertise in speech recognition, natural language processing, and conversational AI has driven impactful innovations across sectors.

Lance holds 5 patents, plus 1 pending, for innovative machine learning technology that determines threat-intent in communications networks from his time at Pindrop. Lance also holds 5 provisional patents for IAXOV, covering advancements in AI-orchestrated communications, personification, and understanding efficacy.

With 30 years of experience in selling voice and complex technology solutions to government and enterprise clients, Mike brings deep expertise in building and scaling successful technology businesses. As the former Country Manager for Extreme Networks, he consistently exceeded revenue targets while building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

Currently, as Chief Revenue Officer at IAXOV, Mike is driving the adoption of cutting-edge Speech and Sight integrated compute solutions. He also serves as an advisor and mentor to early-stage startups through Spearstone, Inc., helping founders craft scalable go-to-market strategies and align sales and marketing for maximum impact. Mike's leadership spans AI-driven solutions, SaaS sales, and transformative business development strategies.

Throughout his career, Mike has worked with organizations across diverse industries, specializing in complex integrations, voice and contact center solutions, and driving digital transformation for government and enterprise clients in Canada and the US.
